6 MV Truebeam治療頭的MC模擬與特性研究

【摘要】:用MC程序EGSnrc準確快速地模擬6 MV Varian Truebeam醫(yī)用直線加速器治療頭,分析其能譜特性,并驗證模擬結果的準確性,為后續(xù)更精確的劑量計算建立基礎。以Varian公司提供的出束窗口位置處的IAEA相空間文件作為輸入源,模擬計算源皮距為100 cm,射野大小為10 cm×10 cm的治療野平面上的粒子相空間分布,并以此粒子相空間數(shù)據(jù)為基礎進一步模擬計算了邊長為30 cm的標準水體模中的劑量分布。通過對數(shù)據(jù)分析得到了治療野平面上的粒子能譜、角分布、平均能量、粒子注量等信息,以及均勻水體模中光子的百分深度劑量和離軸比,所得結果與文獻報道符合較好。結果表明EGSnrc程序能夠準確快速地模擬加速器治療頭,其劑量的模擬計算結果可為臨床放射治療供很好參考。
[Abstract]:The treatment head of 6 MV Varian Truebeam medical linear accelerator was simulated accurately and quickly by MC program EGSnrc. The energy spectrum characteristics of the head were analyzed and the accuracy of the simulation results was verified. The basis for more accurate dose calculation was established. Using the IAEA phase space file at the location of the beam exit window provided by Varian as the input source, the particle phase space distribution on the therapeutic field plane with a skin distance of 100 cm, and a field size of 10 cm 脳 10 cm was simulated and calculated. Based on the particle phase space data, the dose distribution in the standard water model with side length of 30 cm was further simulated and calculated. The information of particle energy spectrum, angular distribution, average energy, particle flux, and the percentage depth dose and off-axis ratio of photons in uniform water model are obtained by analyzing the data. The results are in good agreement with those reported in the literature. The results show that the EGSnrc program can accurately and rapidly simulate the accelerator head, and the dose simulation results can be used as a good reference for clinical radiotherapy.
