【摘要】：胰腺癌發(fā)病隱匿,進(jìn)展迅速,死亡率高,預(yù)后差,其臨床診斷及療效評估主要依靠影像學(xué)檢查。傳統(tǒng)影像學(xué)因?yàn)橹荒芴峁┬螒B(tài)學(xué)變化信息,因此大多只能診斷中晚期腫瘤;目前腹部功能磁共振技術(shù)應(yīng)用發(fā)展很快,從細(xì)胞分子水平上提供胰腺癌診斷或者患者預(yù)后信息已成為可能,從而可以早期診斷和制定個(gè)性化治療方案,盡可能降低胰腺癌病人的死亡率。本文對灌注加權(quán)成像在胰腺癌診斷分級療效評估等的應(yīng)用作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Pancreatic cancer is characterized by occult, rapid progress, high mortality and poor prognosis. Its clinical diagnosis and evaluation of curative effect mainly depend on imaging examination. Traditional imaging can only provide morphological information, so most of them can only diagnose advanced tumors. With the rapid development of abdominal functional magnetic resonance (fMRI) technology, it is possible to provide diagnostic or prognostic information on pancreatic cancer at the cellular and molecular level, so that early diagnosis and individualized treatment can be made. Reduce the death rate of pancreatic cancer patients as much as possible. The diagnosis of pancreatic cancer by perfusion weighted imaging? Grading? The application of evaluation of curative effect is reviewed.
