【摘要】：目的:探討透明細(xì)胞型腦膜瘤的常規(guī)磁共振表現(xiàn)特點(diǎn)。方法:回顧性分析2007年1月至2013年12月病理證實(shí)的16例透明細(xì)胞型腦膜瘤的常規(guī)磁共振圖像,并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。采用1.5T或3.0T MRI檢查,包括T1WI、T2WI和增強(qiáng)后T1WI掃描。結(jié)果:經(jīng)手術(shù)和病理證實(shí)的透明細(xì)胞型腦膜瘤共16例(男、女各8例;年齡8~65歲,平均年齡39歲),腫瘤最大徑2~10cm(平均5.8cm),橋小腦角區(qū)最多見(jiàn),共8例。小腫瘤(最大徑4cm,9例)信號(hào)均勻,T1WI呈等信號(hào),T2WI呈稍低信號(hào);大腫瘤(最大徑≥4cm,7例)信號(hào)混雜,有囊變(6例)和出血(1例),T1WI實(shí)性部分呈等或稍低信號(hào),T2W呈稍低信號(hào)。增強(qiáng)掃描腫瘤實(shí)質(zhì)明顯強(qiáng)化,可見(jiàn)腦膜尾征。結(jié)論:透明細(xì)胞型腦膜瘤是腦膜瘤的一種罕見(jiàn)類型,好發(fā)于橋小腦角區(qū),MRI表現(xiàn)具有一定特點(diǎn),但確診仍需依靠病理。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics of conventional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of transparent cell meningioma. Methods: the conventional MRI images of 16 cases of transparent cell meningioma confirmed by pathology from January 2007 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and the related literatures were reviewed. 1.5T or 3.0T MRI was performed, including T _ 1 WI T _ 2WI and enhanced T1WI scan. Results: there were 16 cases of transparent cell meningioma confirmed by operation and pathology (male, female, 8 cases; age 865 years, mean age 39 years). The maximum diameter of the tumor was 2~10cm (mean 5.8cm), and the most common case was cerebellopontine angle area (8 cases). The signal intensity of small tumor (9 cases with the maximum diameter of 4 cm) was homogeneous, the signal intensity of T1WI was isointense and the signal intensity of T2WI was slightly low.
