【摘要】：正病例女,58歲。因食油膩食物后上腹不適,既往體健,無肝炎、結核病史及腫瘤家族史。體檢:意識清楚,心肺正常,腹平軟,右上腹輕度壓痛,無反跳痛。入院后行肝膽脾二維及三維超聲檢查:膽囊增大,大小約14.7 cm×4.4 cm,壁厚約0.2 cm,附壁可見0.8 cm中等回聲突起,聲影(-),移動(-)。膽囊底部囊壁不規(guī)則限局性增厚,范圍約1.6 cm×0.5 cm,CDFI可檢出少許血流信號(圖1a)。2 d后行超聲造影檢查:靜脈注入造影劑后,16 s膽囊壁開始增強,20 s中等回聲突起增強,底部增
[Abstract]:Female case, 58 years old. No history of hepatitis, tuberculosis and family history of oncology because of upper abdominal discomfort after eating greasy food. Physical examination: clear consciousness, normal heart and lung, soft abdomen, mild tenderness in right upper abdomen, no rebound pain. Two dimensional and three dimensional ultrasound examination of liver, gallbladder and spleen were performed after admission: the gallbladder was enlarged, and the wall thickness of 14.7 cm 脳 4.4 cm, was about 0.2 cm,. The middle echo protuberance was observed in 0.8 cm, the sonography (-), and the movement (-). The cystic wall of the bottom of the gallbladder was thickened irregularly, with a range of 1.6 cm 脳 0. 5 cm,CDFI (Fig. 1a).
