【摘要】：正患者男,42歲。7年前活動(dòng)后心悸、胸悶。查體:心尖搏動(dòng)位于右鎖骨中線第5肋間,心界擴(kuò)大。ECG示:心房顫動(dòng);大部分導(dǎo)聯(lián)T波雙向。前腦利尿鈉肽1083.36pg/ml。心臟MRI:檢查中心律不齊,心房顫動(dòng);腹腔臟器位置正常。心臟右移,心尖指向右下。心房正位,心室左襻(圖1A);主動(dòng)脈位于左前方、肺動(dòng)脈位于右后方,兩者為平行關(guān)系(圖1B)。心內(nèi)連接:左心房-解剖右心室-主動(dòng)脈;右心房-解剖左心室-肺主動(dòng)脈。左心房(前后徑
[Abstract]:Male patient, 42 years old. 7 years ago after exercise palpitations, chest tightness. Body examination: apical pulsation was located in the fifth intercostal area of the middle line of the right clavicle. ECG showed atrial fibrillation and bidirectional T wave in most leads. Forebrain diuretic peptide 1083.36 PG / ml. Arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation and normal position of abdominal organs in cardiac MRI: examination. The heart moves to the right and the apex points to the lower right. Atrial position, left ventricular loop (Fig. 1A), aorta at left anterior, pulmonary artery at right posterior, parallel relationship between them (Fig. 1B).
