【摘要】：目的比較正常腎臟的常規(guī)視野(cFOV)和小視野(rFOV)彌散加權(quán)成像(DWI)檢測(cè)結(jié)果。方法選取51例(男30例、女21例)腎臟檢查結(jié)果正常者,分別行c FOV DWI(360 mm×360 mm)、rFOV1(320 mm×260 mm)和r FOV2(280 mm×200 mm)DWI檢查,比較3種序列的圖像質(zhì)量、腎皮質(zhì)和髓質(zhì)ADC值差異及不同性別腎皮髓質(zhì)ADC值差異。結(jié)果 DWI圖像質(zhì)量以r FOV1最高,與c FOV和r FOV2比較,P均0.01。b值為0和1 000×10-3s/mm2時(shí),c FOV DWI右腎皮、髓質(zhì)平均ADC值分別為2.178×10-3、1.987×10-3mm2/s,rFOVl DWI為2.035×10-3、1.831×10-3mm2/s,r FOV2DWI為1.879×10-3、1.674×10-3mm2/s;腎皮質(zhì)和髓質(zhì)ADC值比較,P均0.001。不同性別三種序列腎臟皮髓質(zhì)的ADC值比較均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論正常腎臟腎皮質(zhì)的ADC值高于髓質(zhì);與cFOV比較,rFOV DWI圖像質(zhì)量高、圖像失真少。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the results of conventional field (cFOV) and small field (rFOV) diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in normal kidney. Methods c FOV DWI (360 mm 脳 360 mm), rFOV1 (320 mm 脳 260 mm) and r FOV2 (280 mm 脳 200 mm) DWI) were performed in 51 normal subjects (male 30 and female 21). The difference of ADC between renal cortex and medulla and the difference of ADC between different sex of renal cortex and medulla. Results compared with c FOV and r FOV2, r FOV1 was the best in DWI image quality. When the values of 0 and 1 000 脳 10-3s/mm2 were 0 and 1 000 脳 10-3s/mm2, the average ADC value of, c FOV DWI was 2.178 脳 10 ~ (-3) and 1.987 脳 10 ~ (-3) mm ~ (-2) / s, respectively. RFOVl DWI was 1.831 脳 10 ~ (-3) mm ~ (-2) FOV2DWI = 1.879 脳 10 ~ (-3) 1.674 脳 10 ~ (-3) mm ~ (-2) / s; The ADC values of renal cortex and medulla were all 0. 001. There was no significant difference in ADC values among the three sequences. Conclusion the ADC value of normal renal cortex is higher than that of medulla, and the quality of, rFOV DWI image is higher than that of cFOV, and the distortion of, rFOV DWI image is less than that of cFOV.
