【摘要】：正患者男,77歲。2015年9月11日因發(fā)作性頭昏20余年,加重半月余之主訴收入院。胸超聲心動圖檢查:右冠狀動脈近端內(nèi)徑增寬,約7.1mm,管壁回聲增強,管腔內(nèi)可見線狀強回聲(圖1),考慮右冠脈夾層。主動脈短軸切面顯示在主動脈根部與肺動脈前方,可見兩個較大囊性包塊,右側(cè)約55 mm×62mm,左側(cè)約40mm×53mm,內(nèi)可見21mm×23mm稍強回聲,考慮血栓形成(圖2)。側(cè)動探頭可
[Abstract]:The patient, 77 years old, was admitted to the hospital on September 11, 2015, with more than 20 years of paroxysmal dizziness and more than half a month's aggravation. Thoracic echocardiography showed that the diameter of the proximal end of the right coronary artery was wider, about 7.1 mm, the echo of the wall was enhanced and the linear strong echo could be seen in the lumen (fig. 1). Dissection of the right coronary artery was considered. On the short axis of aorta, two large cystic masses were seen on the aortic root and the front of the pulmonary artery, about 55 mm 脳 62 mm on the right side and about 53 mm on the left side.
