【摘要】：目的初步探討自動(dòng)全容積掃查(AVS)技術(shù)對(duì)手掌軟組織結(jié)構(gòu)的顯示情況。方法對(duì)51例正常人雙側(cè)手掌進(jìn)行掃查獲得橫斷位基本數(shù)據(jù),系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)進(jìn)行三維重建,獲得冠狀位及矢狀位圖像,研究者將冠狀位圖像與正常手部冠狀解剖圖進(jìn)行對(duì)比,分析該技術(shù)對(duì)手掌軟組織結(jié)構(gòu)的顯示情況。結(jié)果獲得了102只手的手掌部AVS掃描冠狀位圖像,利用該技術(shù)所成圖像對(duì)手掌大部分軟組織結(jié)構(gòu)有較高顯示率,并可以直觀地顯示各個(gè)解剖結(jié)構(gòu)的毗鄰關(guān)系。結(jié)論 AVS技術(shù)可以整體、全面地顯示手掌部軟組織結(jié)構(gòu),為臨床提供更豐富的影像學(xué)信息,是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)二維超聲的重要補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the display of soft tissue structure of palms by automatic full volume scanning (AVS). Methods the basic data of transverse position were obtained by scanning the palms of 51 normal subjects. The system automatically reconstructed the images of coronal and sagittal position. The coronal and sagittal images were compared with the coronal anatomical images of the normal hands. The display of soft tissue structure of palm by this technique was analyzed. Results AVS scanning coronal images of the palms of 102 hands were obtained. The images obtained by this technique had a high display rate for most soft tissue structures of the palms, and could directly display the adjacent relations of the anatomical structures of the palms. Conclusion AVS technique can display the soft tissue structure of palms completely and provide more information for clinic, which is an important supplement to traditional two-dimensional ultrasound.
