【摘要】：目的探討彩色多普勒超聲診斷肝內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法對(duì)36例彩色多普勒超聲診斷為肝內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤患者的聲像圖進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果 36例肝內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤患者中,17例位于肝左葉,13例位于肝右葉,6例肝左右葉均有。單發(fā)者27例,2個(gè)者6例,3個(gè)及以上者3例。最大者28mm×27mm,最小者8mm×7mm。瘤體內(nèi)有附壁血栓者3例。聲像圖特征:二維超聲表現(xiàn)為肝內(nèi)類(lèi)圓形囊狀無(wú)回聲區(qū),邊界清晰,壁薄光滑,后方回聲加強(qiáng);彩色多普勒超聲顯示:紅、藍(lán)色單色彩顯示者15例,紅藍(lán)相間渦流樣彩色血流信號(hào)21例;脈動(dòng)沖多普勒測(cè)得動(dòng)脈血流頻譜,血流速度12~29cm/s,阻力指數(shù)0.60~0.68。結(jié)論彩色多普勒超聲檢查是早期篩查和診斷肝內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤的首選影像學(xué)方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of intrahepatic aneurysms. Methods 36 cases of intrahepatic aneurysm diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively. Results among 36 patients with intra hepatic aneurysm, 17 were located in Zuo Ye, 13 in right lobe of liver and 6 in left and right lobe of liver. There were 27 single cases, 2 cases 6 cases, 3 cases more than 3 cases. The largest 28mm 脳 27mm, the smallest 8mm 脳 7mm. There were 3 cases with mural thrombus in the tumor. The sonographic features of the sonogram were as follows: in the liver, there was a circular cystic non-echoic area, a clear boundary, a thin and smooth wall, and a strong echo in the rear. Color Doppler ultrasound showed red and blue color in 15 cases, red and blue phase eddy current color flow signal in 21 cases, arterial blood flow spectrum measured by pulsating impulse Doppler, blood flow velocity was 12 ~ 29 cm / s, resistance index was 0.60 ~ 0.68. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is the first choice for early screening and diagnosis of intrahepatic aneurysms.
