【摘要】：目的:探討甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié)的超聲造影形態(tài)學(xué)特征。方法:經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實(shí)的99例患者的114個(gè)甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié)術(shù)前行超聲造影,對(duì)每個(gè)結(jié)節(jié)進(jìn)行六項(xiàng)超聲造影特征評(píng)估,術(shù)后以1cm及≤1cm、實(shí)性與囊實(shí)性把甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié)分為兩組,分別與各項(xiàng)超聲造影特征進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果:超聲造影特征中的增強(qiáng)程度、有無(wú)環(huán)形增強(qiáng)、增強(qiáng)快慢、消退快慢與組織病理學(xué)對(duì)照差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。以1cm及≤1cm為分組的甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié)中,有無(wú)環(huán)形增強(qiáng)、增強(qiáng)快慢、消退快慢差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;以實(shí)性與囊實(shí)性為分組的甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié)中,增強(qiáng)程度、增強(qiáng)均勻性、有無(wú)環(huán)形增強(qiáng)、增強(qiáng)快慢、消退快慢差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:超聲造影能為甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié)的定性診斷提供更多補(bǔ)充性信息。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the morphologic features of thyroid nodules by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. Methods: one hundred and forty-four thyroid nodules of 99 patients confirmed by operation and pathology were examined by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography before operation.
