【摘要】：急性心肌梗死患者直接經(jīng)皮冠狀動脈介入(PCI)治療的成功依賴于冠狀動脈(冠脈)微循環(huán)功能和結(jié)構(gòu)的完整性。冠脈微血管阻塞是急性心肌梗死患者再灌注治療后常見的病理現(xiàn)象,其特征是在梗死區(qū)內(nèi)由于心肌微血管的損傷和功能不全導(dǎo)致的"無復(fù)流"現(xiàn)象。微血管阻塞可以通過不同的影像技術(shù)評價(jià),心臟磁共振影像不僅能夠準(zhǔn)確識別微血管阻塞現(xiàn)象,還能夠進(jìn)一步評估梗死程度及整個(gè)左心室功能。本文就微血管阻塞在心臟磁共振影像上的特征表現(xiàn)及通過對急性心肌梗死患者應(yīng)用該影像技術(shù)輔助診斷和治療的重要性作一綜述。
[Abstract]:The success of direct percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute myocardial infarction depends on the functional and structural integrity of coronary microcirculation. Coronary microvascular occlusion is a common pathological phenomenon after reperfusion in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Microvascular occlusion can be evaluated by different imaging techniques. Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging can not only accurately identify the phenomenon of microvascular occlusion, but also further evaluate the degree of infarction and left ventricular function. This article reviews the characteristic features of microvascular occlusion in cardiac magnetic resonance imaging and the importance of using this imaging technique to assist diagnosis and treatment in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
