【摘要】：目的：探討彩色多普勒高頻超聲和鉬靶x線攝片兩種檢查方法對乳腺黏液癌診斷的實(shí)用價(jià)值。方法：收集2010-2013四年間于我院行彩色多普勒高頻超聲檢查和鉬靶X線檢查,手術(shù)治療并經(jīng)病理組織學(xué)證實(shí)的59例黏液癌患者,對其影像學(xué)資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果：61個(gè)乳腺黏液癌病灶中,35例為單純型黏液癌,26例為混合型黏液癌；超聲提示惡性者有41例,檢出率為67.2%,鉬靶X線提示惡性者有45例,檢出率為73.7%；超聲聯(lián)合鉬靶提示惡性者有51例,檢出率為83.6%,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論：對于乳腺黏液癌鉬靶比超聲診斷有一定優(yōu)勢,且鉬靶聯(lián)合超聲檢查能提高檢出率,對臨床診治具有較高的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the value of color Doppler high frequency ultrasound and mammography in the diagnosis of breast mucinous carcinoma. Methods: the imaging data of 59 patients with mucinous carcinoma who underwent high frequency color Doppler ultrasound and mammography in our hospital from 2010 to 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: among the 61 lesions of breast mucinous carcinoma, 35 cases were simple mucinous carcinoma, 26 cases were mixed mucinous carcinoma, 41 cases were malignant by ultrasound, the detection rate was 67.2%, 45 cases were diagnosed malignant by mammography, and the detection rate was 73.7%. Ultrasound combined with molybdenum target showed malignant in 51 cases, the detection rate was 83.6, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: molybdenum target is superior to ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast mucinous carcinoma, and the combination of molybdenum target and ultrasound can improve the detection rate, and has a high guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
