[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the global peak strain of right ventricle in patients with pulmonary hypertension (PAH) by using three-dimensional speckle tracing imaging (3D-STI) and to explore the relationship between global peak strain of right ventricle and peak systolic velocity of (PASP), tricuspid annulus (TVSPV). Methods 37 patients with PAH and 32 healthy controls were selected. 3D-STI technique was used to measure and compare the longitudinal peak strain of the whole systolic period of the right ventricle in two groups.
