擴(kuò)散加權(quán)成像信號(hào)與液體內(nèi)蛋白質(zhì)的相關(guān)性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目的蛋白質(zhì)是影響擴(kuò)散加權(quán)成像(DWI)信號(hào)及表觀擴(kuò)散系數(shù)(ADC)值的主要因素,使囊液于DWI上呈高信號(hào),ADC值降低,但在實(shí)際工作中并非完全如此,本研究擬深入了解蛋白質(zhì)的類型、濃度對(duì)其的影響。材料與方法通過(guò)在體外制作不同濃度的白蛋白溶液、球蛋白溶液及同濃度不同比例的白蛋白和球蛋白混合溶液體模,采用GE 1.5T超導(dǎo)型MRI成像系統(tǒng),定量研究其對(duì)DWI信號(hào)和ADC值的影響。結(jié)果 1 ADC值與白蛋白及球蛋白溶液濃度呈線性負(fù)相關(guān)(37℃時(shí),r白=-0.849,P白0.05;r球=-0.843,P球0.05;40℃時(shí),r白=-0.894,P白0.05;r球=-0.819,P球0.05);DWI信號(hào)強(qiáng)度與白蛋白溶液的濃度呈線性正相關(guān)(37℃時(shí),r=0.753,P0.05;40℃時(shí),r=0.845,P0.05),而與球蛋白溶液的濃度無(wú)相關(guān)性(37℃時(shí),r=-0.222,P0.05;40℃,r=-0.270,P0.05)。2相同濃度和溫度下,白蛋白溶液DWI信號(hào)強(qiáng)度高于球蛋白溶液(t=3.96,P0.001),ADC值差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.61,P0.05)。結(jié)論通過(guò)對(duì)囊液DWI及ADC值的定量分析,可以初步了解囊液的性質(zhì),從而為體內(nèi)囊性病變的定性診斷提供理論依據(jù)。
