【摘要】：目的:探討磁共振三維動(dòng)脈自旋標(biāo)記灌注成像(3D-ASL)評(píng)估缺血性腦卒中大鼠腦血流動(dòng)力學(xué)的可行性及其與擴(kuò)散加權(quán)成像(DWI)的相關(guān)性。方法:對(duì)19只大鼠采用線(xiàn)栓法制作左側(cè)大腦中動(dòng)脈栓塞缺血模型,并于栓塞后30min、2~3h和6~7h分別行MRI掃描,測(cè)量并計(jì)算閉塞側(cè)腦缺血部位及對(duì)側(cè)對(duì)稱(chēng)區(qū)域的腦血流量(CBF)和表觀(guān)擴(kuò)散系數(shù)(ADC)的絕對(duì)值和相對(duì)比值,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析(配對(duì)t檢驗(yàn));采用Pearson相關(guān)性分析評(píng)估CBF與ADC相對(duì)比值的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:17只大鼠模型納入數(shù)據(jù)分析。栓塞后不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)閉塞側(cè)CBF及ADC值與對(duì)側(cè)相比,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(30min CBF:t=9.04,P0.001;30min ADC:t=18.00,P0.001;2~3hCBF:t=12.55,P0.001;2~3hADC:t=24.02,P0.001;6~7hCBF:t=10.32,P0.001;6~7hADC:t=18.38,P0.001)。不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)腦缺血部位的CBF與ADC相對(duì)值間均具有相關(guān)性(30min:r=0.665,P=0.004;2~3h:r=0.724,P=0.001;6~7h:r=0.835,P0.001)。結(jié)論:3D-ASL能夠用于評(píng)估大鼠缺血腦組織的損傷情況,CBF與ADC值具有良好的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the feasibility of magnetic resonance three dimensional arterial spin-labeled perfusion imaging (3D-ASL) in assessing cerebral hemodynamics in ischemic stroke rats and its correlation with diffusion weighted imaging (DWI). Methods: the left middle cerebral artery (MCAA) embolization ischemia model was made in 19 rats. MRI scanning was performed on the left middle cerebral artery (MCAA) 30 min after embolization for 3 h and 6 h 7 h, respectively. The absolute value and relative ratio of cerebral blood flow (CBF) and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) were measured and calculated in the ischemic and contralateral symmetrical regions of the occluded brain. The correlation between CBF and ADC was evaluated by Pearson correlation analysis. Results 17 rat models were included in the data analysis. The CBF and ADC values of occlusive side at different time points after embolization were significantly different from those of contralateral side (30min CBF:t=9.04,P0.001;30min ADC:t=18.00,P0.001;2~3hCBF:t=12.55,P0.001;2~3hADC:t=24.02,P0.001;6~7hCBF:t=10.32,P0.001;6~7hADC:t=18.38,P0.001). The relative values of CBF and ADC were correlated at different time points (30 min: r = 0.665N, P = 0.004, P = 0.724, P = 0.001, n = 7, r = 0.835, P 0.001). ConclusionThe ratio of ADC to ADC in brain tissue of rats with cerebral ischemia can be evaluated by the ratio of 1: 3D-ASL.
