【摘要】：目的探討皮膚纖維組織細胞瘤(CFH)的超聲表現。方法回顧性分析31例經病理證實為CFH患者的術前高頻彩色多普勒超聲檢查資料,觀察CFH的聲像圖特征及內部血流情況。結果 CFH病灶均為單發(fā),超聲表現為類圓形腫塊24例(24/31,77.42%),不規(guī)則形腫塊7例(7/31,22.58%);腫塊位于皮膚層7例(7/31,22.58%),同時累及皮膚層及皮下層24例(24/31,77.42%);最大徑≤15mm者29例(29/31,93.55%),最大徑15mm者2例(2/31,6.45%);均無包膜(31/31,100%);邊界清楚25例(25/31,80.65%),邊界不清6例(6/31,19.35%);呈低回聲或弱回聲30例(30/31,96.77%),呈稍強回聲1例(1/31,3.23%);回聲均勻28例(28/31,90.32%),回聲不均3例(3/31,9.68%)。2例(2/31,6.45%)病灶內可見鈣化;1例(1/31,3.23%)病灶內可見液化;探頭加壓時,1例(1/31,3.23%)病灶稍發(fā)生形變。病灶內部血流信號Adler分級為0級26例(26/31,83.87%),1級2例(2/31,6.45%),2級1例(1/31,3.23%),3級2例(2/31,6.45%)。結論 CFH的聲像圖表現具有一定特征,病變多為單發(fā)、最大徑≤15mm的低弱回聲結節(jié),邊界清楚,形態(tài)規(guī)則,內部多回聲均勻,血流信號多不豐富,超聲檢查有助于診斷CFH。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the (CFH) findings of cutaneous fibrous histiocytoma. Methods 31 cases of CFH confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.
