【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用血管回聲跟蹤(ET)技術(shù)評價頸動脈內(nèi)中膜厚度(IMT)正常的腦梗死患者頸動脈彈性功能的變化。方法應(yīng)用ET技術(shù)評價66例頸動脈IMT正常的腦梗死患者(A組)、111例伴有頸動脈斑塊的腦梗死患者(B組)及83例正常人(C組)的頸動脈彈性參數(shù),并進(jìn)行對比分析。結(jié)果與C組比較,A組頸動脈彈性參數(shù)β、Ep及PWVβ顯著增高(P0.01),B組β、Ep、AI、及PWVβ顯著增高(P0.01),AC減小(P0.01);與B組比較,A組Ep和AI降低(P0.05)。結(jié)論 ET技術(shù)可反映頸動脈IMT正常的腦梗死患者頸動脈彈性功能的降低。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the changes of carotid artery elastic function in patients with cerebral infarction with normal intima media thickness (IMT) by vascular echo tracking (ET). Methods the elastic parameters of carotid artery in 66 patients with normal carotid IMT cerebral infarction (group A) and 83 normal controls (group C) were evaluated by ET technique. Results compared with group C, the carotid artery elastic parameters (尾 -Ep and PWV 尾) in group A were significantly higher than those in group B (P0.01), and PWV 尾 in group B were significantly higher (P0.01) than those in group C (P0.01), and Ep and AI in group A were lower than those in group B (P0.05). Conclusion ET technique can reflect the reduction of carotid artery elastic function in cerebral infarction patients with normal carotid IMT.
