【摘要】：正患者女,29歲,G1P0。既往體健,孕13~(+4)周于我院行產(chǎn)前超聲篩查:腹部橫切面、胎兒下腔靜脈、腹主動(dòng)脈位于脊柱(SP)前方偏左,前后排列,心臟位于左側(cè)胸腔,心軸左偏,胃泡(ST)位于右上腹,肝臟位于左上腹,未見脾臟回聲,雙腎存在。四腔心切面,十字交叉存在,心房反位,心室左袢,右室體積小,三尖瓣口未探及血流信號(hào)(圖1),流出
[Abstract]:The female patient was 29 years old and G1P0. Prenatal ultrasound screening was performed in our hospital at 13 ~ (4) weeks of gestation: abdominal transverse section, fetal inferior vena cava, abdominal aorta, left anterior and anteroposterior position of spinal (SP), left thoracic cavity, left axis deviation, and (ST) in right upper abdomen. The liver is located in the left upper abdomen, without splenic echo, and both kidneys are present.
