【摘要】：正患者男,57歲,因"頭暈20天,加重伴言語(yǔ)不利10 h"入院。高血壓病史10余年;2012年12月因牙疼,自行口服甲硝唑(0.6 g/次,3次/d)治療至今。20天前自感頭暈,健忘,反應(yīng)遲鈍,今感頭暈加重,走路不穩(wěn),晃動(dòng)感,并出現(xiàn)視物旋轉(zhuǎn)、惡心、嘔吐、言語(yǔ)不利,并伴有右手麻木,雙手不能準(zhǔn)確取物。神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)體檢:意識(shí)清楚,言語(yǔ)不利,雙瞳孔等大正圓
[Abstract]:The patient, 57 years old, was admitted to hospital because of "dizziness for 20 days and aggravation for 10 hours with unfavorable speech". The history of hypertension is more than 10 years; in December 2012, due to toothache, metronidazole (0.6 g / L 3 times / d) was administered by oneself to treat with dizziness, forgetfulness, slow reaction, aggravation of dizziness, unstable walking, shaking feeling, rotation of visual objects and nausea. Vomiting, bad speech, and accompanied by numbness of the right hand, hands can not accurately take things. Physical examination of nervous system: conscious, unfavorable speech, double pupils, etc.
