【摘要】：正隨著超聲、CT等影像學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,直徑1 cm的甲狀腺微結(jié)節(jié)檢出率越來(lái)越高〔1〕。對(duì)于有手術(shù)指征的微結(jié)節(jié),手術(shù)中如何精確定位是切除病灶的關(guān)鍵。老年性甲狀腺患者中再次手術(shù)比例相對(duì)較高〔2〕,初次手術(shù)操作可導(dǎo)致手術(shù)野內(nèi)組織纖維化、粘連,影響病灶的探查,同時(shí)缺乏精確定位指導(dǎo)下的過(guò)度解剖可進(jìn)一步增加神經(jīng)損傷等并發(fā)癥。本研究旨在探討在老年患者甲狀腺手術(shù)前采用超聲引導(dǎo)下病灶內(nèi)部注射亞甲藍(lán)定位
[Abstract]:With the development of CT imaging techniques, the detection rate of thyroid micronodules with diameter of 1 cm is increasing (1). For micronodules with surgical indications, how to locate the lesions accurately is the key to remove the lesions. The rate of reoperation in elderly thyroid patients is relatively high (2). The initial operation can cause fibrosis, adhesion and lesion detection in the surgical field. At the same time, the lack of accurate location under the guidance of excessive anatomy can further increase nerve injury and other complications. The purpose of this study was to investigate the localization of intrafocal methylene blue injection under ultrasound guidance before thyroid surgery in elderly patients.
