聲輻射力脈沖彈性成像結(jié)合HMGB1在宮頸癌分期中的初步應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的探討聲脈沖輻射力彈性成像(ARFI)技術(shù)結(jié)合高遷移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)在宮頸癌分期中的應(yīng)用價值。方法應(yīng)用ARFI技術(shù)測量42例宮頸癌患者(宮頸癌組)、55例宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤樣病變(CIN組)及40例健康體檢者(對照組)宮頸聲觸診組織量化值(VTQ)。三組均采用酶聯(lián)免疫分析法(ELISA)檢測血清HMGB1濃度,采用電化學(xué)發(fā)光免疫法檢測血清CA125、CEA水平。分析宮頸癌組VTQ值、血清HMGB1水平與CA125、CEA之間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果宮頸癌組VTQ值(2.43±0.87)m/s大于CIN組(1.61±0.73)m/s和對照組(1.55±0.45)m/s;差異有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。宮頸癌組HMGB1(9.42±3.51)ng/ml大于CIN組(3.25±2.89)ng/ml和對照組(3.13±1.53)ng/ml,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。宮頸癌組I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ+Ⅳ期VTQ值、血清HMGB1水平隨分期增加而增大,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);CIN組與對照組比較,VTQ值及血清HMGB1水平差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。宮頸癌組VTQ、血清HMGB1水平與CA125、CEA呈正相關(guān)(P0.01)。結(jié)論聲輻射力脈沖彈性成像技術(shù)結(jié)合血清HMGB1水平有助于宮頸癌范圍及分期的評估。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of (ARFI) combined with high mobility group protein 1 (HMGB1) in the staging of cervical cancer. Methods ARFI technique was used to measure the quantitative value of cervical acoustic palpation tissue in 42 patients with cervical cancer (cervical cancer group) and 55 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN group) and 40 healthy controls (control group). Serum HMGB1 concentration was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA). To analyze the correlation between VTQ value, serum HMGB1 level and CA125 CEA in cervical cancer group.
