【摘要】：目的：探討卵巢實(shí)質(zhì)性腫瘤的超聲、CT表現(xiàn),評(píng)估臨床超聲、CT及其聯(lián)合對(duì)卵巢實(shí)質(zhì)性腫瘤的診斷價(jià)值。方法：選擇我院2005年至2010年經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實(shí)的120例卵巢實(shí)質(zhì)性腫瘤病例,其中惡性組88例,良性組32例,對(duì)它們的影像學(xué)資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果：超聲診斷卵巢實(shí)質(zhì)性腫瘤的靈敏度為79.5%,特異度為87.5%；CT診斷診斷卵巢實(shí)質(zhì)性腫瘤的靈敏度為65.9%,特異度為84.4%；超聲與CT聯(lián)合診斷卵巢實(shí)質(zhì)性腫瘤的靈敏度為97.75%,特異度為78.1%,高于超聲和CT單獨(dú)檢查。結(jié)論：超聲+CT聯(lián)合診斷優(yōu)于超聲、CT單獨(dú)檢查。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the CT findings of ovarian parenchymal tumors and to evaluate the diagnostic value of clinical ultrasound CT and its combination in the diagnosis of ovarian parenchymal tumors. Methods: 120 cases of ovarian parenchymal tumor confirmed by operation and pathology from 2005 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed, including 88 cases of malignant group and 32 cases of benign group. Results: the sensitivity of ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian parenchymal tumor was 79.5, the specificity was 87.5 and the sensitivity of CT was 65.9 and the specificity was 84.4. The sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonography and CT in the diagnosis of ovarian parenchymal tumors were 97.75 and 78.1, respectively, which were higher than those in ultrasound and CT alone. Conclusion: the combined diagnosis of ultrasound CT is superior to that of ultrasound CT alone.
