【摘要】：正孕婦,23歲。停經(jīng)22+1周行3級彩超,胎頭位于臍上方,BPD:57 mm,AC:180 mm,FL:27mm,HL:27mm,瞬間胎心率:144次/min,頸椎及部分胸椎的二維超聲橫、縱切面顯示頸椎及1~4胸椎骨化中心形態(tài)失常(圖1~2);三維透明成像顯示頸椎及1~4胸椎椎體缺失(圖3~4),胎兒雙側(cè)足底分別與同側(cè)小腿長軸在同一切面上顯示。超聲提示:(1)宮內(nèi)單活胎妊娠,胎兒存活,目前臀位;
[Abstract]:The pregnant woman is 23 years old. The fetal head was located above the umbilical cord with BPD: 57 mm, AC: 180 mm, FLV: 27 mm, HL27 mm, instantaneous fetal heart rate: 144 beats / min, cervical vertebrae and part of the thoracic vertebrae. Longitudinal section showed the ossification center of cervical vertebrae and thoracic vertebra (fig. 1: 2), 3D transparent imaging showed cervical vertebrae and thoracic vertebrae missing (Fig. 3, 4), bilateral foetal plantar and ipsilateral long axis of lower leg were displayed on the same section. Ultrasound hints: (1) intrauterine single live pregnancy, fetal survival, the current buttock position;
