【摘要】：正患兒男,13歲,主因"體表多發(fā)腫物5年,左頸前、左眼眶腫物切除術(shù)后10個月"入院。5年前發(fā)現(xiàn)左頸前腫物,外院切除后診斷為"淋巴瘤";術(shù)后數(shù)月患兒左頸前、左眼眶及右上臂先后出現(xiàn)多個腫物,考慮為"淋巴瘤復(fù)發(fā)",予保守治療無效,遂于我院就診。查體:右上臂腫脹,觸及約1.5×1.0cm腫塊。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查:外周血嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)明顯升高。超聲檢查(圖1):右上臂皮下軟組織內(nèi)多發(fā)淋巴結(jié),皮質(zhì)均勻增厚,髓質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)可見,CDFI示其內(nèi)血流豐富。淋巴結(jié)周圍軟組織水腫增厚,回聲增強(qiáng),結(jié)構(gòu)模
[Abstract]:The male, aged 13, was admitted to hospital because of "multiple mass on the body surface for 5 years, 10 months after resection of the left neck and orbital mass". The left anterior cervical mass was found five years ago and diagnosed as "lymphoma" after excision, and the left cervical mass was diagnosed as "lymphoma" a few months after surgery. There were several tumors in the left orbit and the right upper arm, which were considered as "lymphoma recurrence" and failed to be treated conservatively, so they were admitted to our hospital. Body examination: swelling of the right upper arm, touching about 1. 5 脳 1.0cm mass. Laboratory examination: peripheral blood eosinophil count increased significantly. Ultrasound (Fig. 1): multiple lymph nodes in the subcutaneous soft tissue of the right upper arm with homogeneous thickening of the cortex and abundant blood flow in the medullary structure can be seen on CDFI.
