~1H-MRS在2型糖尿病腦損傷的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:糖尿病(DM)是以血糖升高為特征的伴隨多系統(tǒng)并發(fā)癥的綜合性代謝疾病,中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)是最易受累的部位之一。早期發(fā)現(xiàn)DM所致的大腦微結(jié)構(gòu)損傷以及神經(jīng)生理、代謝活動等改變已成為近年來的研究熱點。1 H-MRS是唯一活體檢測人腦多種代謝物變化的較敏感的無創(chuàng)性方法,并有望成為診斷與評估DM腦微結(jié)構(gòu)損傷的敏感性生物學(xué)指標(biāo)。本文從臨床和基礎(chǔ)研究兩方面對1 H-MRS評價DM患者腦微結(jié)構(gòu)及功能性改變的價值進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a complex metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia and multiple systemic complications. The central nervous system is one of the most susceptible sites. Early detection of brain microstructural damage, neurophysiology, metabolic activity and other changes caused by DM has become a hot research topic in recent years. 1. 1 H-MRS is the only sensitive noninvasive method to detect the changes of many metabolites in human brain in vivo. It is expected to be a sensitive biological index for the diagnosis and evaluation of DM brain microstructural damage. This article reviews the value of 1 H-MRS in evaluating the changes of brain microstructures and functions in DM patients from both clinical and basic aspects.
