【摘要】：有效抑制由靜態(tài)或慢動組織引起的雜波是診斷超聲彩色血流成像技術研究的關鍵問題之一,不充分的雜波抑制將導致多普勒平均頻率估計趨同于雜波成分特性,從而導致潛在的血流信息描述誤差。本文在研究廣義壁濾波器設計原理基礎之上,比較了三種不同類型壁濾波器——投影初始化有限沖擊響應濾波器(Prj-IIR)、多項式回歸濾波器(Pol-Reg)與基于特征值分解(Eigen-based)濾波器的設計方法差異,并對其雜波抑制性能進行了仿真對比分析。血流平均頻率一維自相關估計結果表明,投影初始化IIR壁濾波器與多項式回歸壁濾波器雜波抑制性能相近,在平穩(wěn)雜波環(huán)境下可實現(xiàn)血流平均速度的精確估計,當多普勒采樣向量包含樣本數(shù)據(jù)增加時,改變設計參數(shù)可進一步改善雜波抑制能力,而基于特征值分解的壁濾波器則可對非平穩(wěn)雜波進行抑制,進一步改善低速血流的估計精度,而且在多普勒矢量包含樣本數(shù)小于10的情況下,計算復雜度并無顯著增加。
[Abstract]:The effective suppression of clutter caused by static or slow-moving tissue is one of the key problems in the study of diagnostic ultrasound color flow imaging (CDFI). Insufficient clutter suppression will lead to the convergence of Doppler average frequency estimation to the clutter component characteristics. This results in potential blood flow information description error. Based on the study of the design principle of generalized wall filter, Three different types of wall filters (Prj-IIR), Pol-Reg filters (Pol-Reg) and Eigen-based filters (Eigen-based) are compared. The performance of clutter suppression is compared and analyzed by simulation. The results of one-dimensional autocorrelation estimation of mean blood flow frequency show that the clutter suppression performance of projection initialized IIR wall filter is similar to that of polynomial regression wall filter, and the accurate estimation of blood flow average velocity can be realized under stationary clutter environment. When the Doppler sampling vector contains more sample data, the clutter suppression ability can be further improved by changing the design parameters, while the non-stationary clutter can be suppressed by the wall filter based on eigenvalue decomposition. The estimation accuracy of low velocity blood flow is further improved, and the computational complexity is not significantly increased when the Doppler vector contains less than 10 samples.
