【摘要】：目的分析超聲造影在乳腺結核診斷中的應用價值。方法回顧性分析23例經(jīng)病理證實為乳腺結核患者聲像圖,總結常規(guī)超聲及超聲造影特點。結果 23例乳腺結核常規(guī)聲圖像表現(xiàn)為結節(jié)型(18例)及竇道型(5例)。超聲造影表現(xiàn)為3種類型:Ⅰ型(11例):病灶環(huán)狀增強,內(nèi)部無增強;Ⅱ型(7例):病灶彌漫性不均勻增強;Ⅲ型(5例):病灶不規(guī)則增強,內(nèi)部條帶狀增強及多處無增強區(qū)。結論超聲造影可顯示乳腺結核病灶的內(nèi)部血供情況,準確判斷其病理形態(tài),在乳腺結核的診斷中有一定的應用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast tuberculosis. Methods the ultrasonographic features of 23 patients with pathologically proved tuberculosis of breast were analyzed retrospectively.
