【摘要】：正患者女,45歲。2011年6月,患者因"左腰部及上臂疼痛"入院,行胸、腰椎MRI檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)多個椎體異常信號;全身骨顯像顯示多發(fā)骨異常濃聚灶(圖1);骨髓細胞學檢查及免疫蛋白固定電泳(圖2A、B),診斷為多發(fā)性骨髓瘤(Ig GKappa型,Ⅲ期A組),后行6次全身化療;2012年1月,復查骨髓細胞形態(tài)顯示幼漿比5%,提示病情緩解;2015年5月,患者出現(xiàn)胸腔積液,胸水細胞學檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)大量漿細胞,骨髓形態(tài)學檢查提示多發(fā)性骨髓瘤復發(fā)。2016年1月,患者反復出現(xiàn)發(fā)作性意識模糊、言語不清、昏睡,后出現(xiàn)劇烈頭痛
[Abstract]:The patient was 45 years old. In June 2011, the patient was admitted to hospital because of "pain in the left waist and upper arm" and underwent MRI examination of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae. Abnormal signals were found in multiple vertebrae.
