【摘要】：目的觀察增齡對胃排空的影響及與血漿胃泌素和胃動素的關(guān)系。方法應(yīng)用胃腸超聲顯像法分別對青年、中年、老年健康受試者進(jìn)行胃排空測定,計(jì)算不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)胃竇部面積、繪制胃排空曲線計(jì)算胃半排空時(shí)間。利用放射免疫法分別檢測受試者空腹及餐后血漿胃泌素和胃動素濃度。結(jié)果青年、中年、老年組胃半排空時(shí)間無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);在15 min時(shí)間點(diǎn)青年組胃排空率顯著小于老年組(P0.05),其他時(shí)間點(diǎn)各組間胃排空無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。青年、中年、老年組餐后30 min血漿胃泌素和胃動素濃度均顯著高于相應(yīng)空腹組(P0.05),但各組間空腹及餐后30 min均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論胃排空并未隨年齡增加而減慢,血漿胃泌素和胃動素濃度也并未隨年齡增加而變化。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of aging on gastric emptying and its relationship with plasma gastrin and motilin. Methods gastric emptying was measured by gastrointestinal ultrasound imaging in young, middle-aged and old healthy subjects. The area of gastric antrum was calculated at different time points, and gastric emptying time was calculated by drawing gastric emptying curve. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect plasma gastrin and motilin in fasting and postprandial patients. Results there was no significant difference in gastric emptying time among young, middle-aged and elderly groups (P0.05), and the gastric emptying rate in young group was significantly lower than that in elderly group at 15 min (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in gastric emptying among other groups at other time points (P0.05). Plasma gastrin and motilin concentrations in young, middle-aged and elderly groups were significantly higher than those in the corresponding fasting group 30 min after meal (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in fasting and postprandial 30 min between the groups (P0.05). Conclusion gastric emptying did not decrease with age, and plasma gastrin and motilin levels did not change with age.
