【摘要】：目的分析甲狀腺腺脂肪瘤的超聲征象,對誤診病例進(jìn)行討論以提高對該病的認(rèn)識。方法收集7例我院經(jīng)病理證實的腺脂肪瘤,分析其超聲表現(xiàn)及誤診原因。結(jié)果 7例腺脂肪瘤均為單發(fā)結(jié)節(jié),超聲表現(xiàn)為橢圓形,A/T1,邊界清楚,直徑為1.0~2.5cm,無液化現(xiàn)象,其中5個結(jié)節(jié)為高回聲,5個結(jié)節(jié)血流信號為Ⅱ~Ⅲ級,1個結(jié)節(jié)出現(xiàn)點狀鈣化。結(jié)論腺脂肪瘤的聲像改變?nèi)Q于脂肪組織與腺瘤組織的分布情況,超聲征象無特異度,具備惡性征象時可行細(xì)針穿刺活檢以明確診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the ultrasonographic features of thyroid adenolipoma and discuss the misdiagnosis of thyroid adenolipoma. Methods 7 cases of adenolipoma confirmed by pathology in our hospital were collected and analyzed by ultrasonography and misdiagnosis. Results all the 7 cases of adenolipoma were single nodules. The ultrasonic findings were oval-shaped A / T _ 1 with a clear boundary of 1.0 ~ 2.5 cm and no liquefaction. Among them, 5 nodules were hyperechoic, 5 nodules had blood flow signals of grade 鈪，
