【摘要】：正孕婦31歲,孕14周,孕2產(chǎn)0,非近親婚配。孕14周于我院行常規(guī)胎兒超聲篩查:宮腔內(nèi)可見初具人形的胎兒回聲,頭臀徑79 mm,胎兒顱骨光環(huán)不完整,枕部顱骨缺損,寬約13mm,可見腦組織向外膨出,范圍約18mm×16mm(圖1A);胎兒心臟大小正常,心胸橫徑比50%,十字交叉缺失(圖1B),于三血管氣管切面動脈導(dǎo)管左側(cè)可見一管狀回聲;胎兒雙腎體積明顯增大,內(nèi)呈蜂窩樣回聲(圖1C);胎兒雙手和雙足均呈六
[Abstract]:Pregnant women 31 years old, 14 weeks gestation, 2 pregnancy 0, non-related marriage. Routine fetal ultrasound screening was performed in our hospital at the 14th week of gestation: fetal echo was seen in the uterine cavity, the diameter of the head and hip was 79 mm, the fetal skull halo was incomplete, the occipital skull was defective, and the width was about 13 mm. The brain tissue could be seen to expand outwards. The range is about 18mm 脳 16mm (fig. 1A); the fetal heart size is normal, the ratio of heart to chest diameter is 50 and the cross is missing (fig. 1BX, a tubular echo can be seen on the left side of the arterial catheter on the tracheostomy of three vessels; the fetal bilateral kidney volume is significantly increased.
