【摘要】：目的:探討顱骨孤立性漿細胞瘤的CT及MRI影像學表現(xiàn),提高對該病的影像診斷水平。方法:回顧性分析21例經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實的顱骨孤立性漿細胞瘤的CT及MRI影像資料。其中男12例,女9例,年齡26~68歲。17例行MR掃描,13例行CT掃描。結(jié)果:21例顱骨孤立性漿細胞瘤中,17例位于顱底骨,4例位于顱蓋骨。CT掃描腫瘤均呈稍高密度影,相應顱骨可見不規(guī)則骨質(zhì)破壞。MR掃描腫瘤多為均勻T1及T2等信號,增強掃面呈明顯均勻強化。結(jié)論:顱骨孤立性漿細胞瘤具有典型影像表現(xiàn),掌握其影像學特征可以提高影像診斷符合率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the CT and MRI findings of solitary plasmacytoma of the skull and to improve the imaging diagnosis of the disease. Methods: Ct and MRI images of 21 cases of solitary plasmacytoma of skull proved by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, 12 cases were male, 9 cases were female, age 2668 years old. 17 cases underwent Mr scan and 13 cases CT scan. Results among 21 cases of solitary plasmacytoma of the skull, 17 cases were located in the skull base, 4 cases were located in the skull cap. Ct scan showed a slightly high density image, and the corresponding skull showed irregular bone destruction. MRI scan showed homogeneous signal intensity such as T1 and T2. The enhanced scanning surface was obviously enhanced uniformly. Conclusion: solitary plasmacytoma of the skull has typical imaging features.
