智能神經(jīng)衰減校正對腦PET圖像質(zhì)量及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化攝取值的影響

【摘要】:目的智能神經(jīng)衰減校正(SNAC)是一種新型的計算型衰減校正方法,本文采用視覺分析和Scenium軟件定量分析SNAC及CT衰減校正(CTAC)圖像,評估SNAC在腦PET顯像中對圖像質(zhì)量及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化攝取值(SUV)的影響。資料與方法58例行全身PET/CT受檢者,分別用CTAC和SNAC重建腦PET圖像,并采用視覺分析和Scenium軟件定量分析。比較兩種方法的圖像對比度、均一度及不同腦區(qū)平均SUV值,分析兩種方法平均SUV值的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果與CTAC比較,視覺分析SNAC圖像對比度和均一度無顯著差異;Scenium軟件定量分析,SNAC圖像對比度較CTAC稍提高,但差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(4.19±1.11比4.08±1.03,t=0.764,P0.05);SNAC的圖像均一度較CTAC略降低(1.00比0.83)。SNAC法各腦區(qū)平均SUV值大于CTAC法,但兩者呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.978,P0.01),線性回歸分析結(jié)果一致(R2=0.959)。與CTAC比較,SNAC各腦區(qū)平均SUV值平均百分差為8.45±4.71,但10個腦區(qū)百分差變異較大(-8.56~27.93);方差分析結(jié)果顯示不同腦區(qū)的平均百分差差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F=119.084,P0.01),外周腦區(qū)平均百分差大于內(nèi)側(cè)腦區(qū)。結(jié)論 SNAC和CTAC的圖像質(zhì)量無明顯差異,SNAC不同程度地提高了各腦區(qū)的平均SUV值,但與CTAC結(jié)果呈顯著正相關(guān),SNAC簡化了檢查流程,降低了輻射劑量,如僅用于定性診斷,對患者有利。
[Abstract]:Objective the intelligent neural attenuation correction (SNAC) is a new computational attenuation correction method. In this paper, SNAC and CT attenuation correction images are quantitatively analyzed by visual analysis and Scenium software. To evaluate the effect of SNAC on image quality and standardized uptake in brain PET imaging. Materials and methods 58 patients with systemic PET/CT underwent CTAC and SNAC reconstruction of brain PET images respectively. Visual analysis and Scenium software were used to quantitatively analyze the images. The image contrast, the average SUV values of the two methods were compared, and the correlation of the average SUV values between the two methods was analyzed. Results compared with CTAC, there was no significant difference in contrast and average of visual analysis SNAC images. The contrast of SNAC images was slightly higher than that of CTAC in quantitative analysis of SNAC images by Scenium software. However, there was no significant difference in the images of SNAC between 4.19 鹵1.11 and 4.08 鹵1.03t ~ (0.764U) P0.05A, which was slightly lower than that of CTAC. The average SUV value of each brain area of the 0.83).SNAC method was higher than that of the CTAC method, but there was a significant positive correlation between the two methods. The results of linear regression analysis were consistent with the results of the linear regression analysis. Compared with CTAC, the average percentage difference of SUV in all brain regions was 8.45 鹵4.71, but there was a greater variation in the percentage difference in 10 brain regions than in the medial brain area. The results of variance analysis showed that there were significant differences in the mean percentage difference between the different brain regions (P 0.01), and the average difference of the peripheral brain area was greater than that of the medial brain area. Conclusion there is no significant difference in image quality between SNAC and CTAC. SNAC can improve the average SUV value of different brain regions to some extent, but it has a significant positive correlation with the results of CTAC. SNAC simplifies the examination procedure and reduces the radiation dose. If it is used only for qualitative diagnosis, it is beneficial to the patients.
