【摘要】：目的:探討胎兒磁共振成像對于產(chǎn)科鏡像綜合征的診斷價值。方法:回顧性分析2013年10月~2015年5月我院收治的7例鏡像綜合征的胎兒MRI表現(xiàn),包括胎兒水腫、胎盤水腫、合并相關(guān)畸形等,與臨床引產(chǎn)尸檢或出生后影像進(jìn)行對照,并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果:7例鏡像綜合征胎兒均表現(xiàn)為多處水腫,2例伴有胎盤水腫。合并的相關(guān)畸形包括胎盤絨毛膜血管瘤(1/7)、胎兒骶尾部畸胎瘤(1/7)、胎兒選擇性生長受限(s IUGR,3/7)、雙胎輸血綜合征(TTTS,2/7)。除胎兒水腫外,7例均伴有羊水過多。1例胎兒宮內(nèi)死亡,3例胎兒引產(chǎn),1例生后死亡,2例出生(體健)。結(jié)論:鏡像綜合征可引起母胎死亡率增加,早期診斷有助于提供恰當(dāng)治療并改善預(yù)后。胎兒MRI可以無輻射,軟組織對比度好,視野大,可多平面成像,該綜合征及其相關(guān)病變,是產(chǎn)科超聲檢查的重要補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the diagnostic value of fetal magnetic resonance imaging in obstetric mirror syndrome. Methods: the MRI findings of 7 cases of fetal mirror syndrome admitted in our hospital from October 2013 to May 2015 were analyzed retrospectively, including fetal edema, placental edema and associated malformation. And review the relevant literature. Results all 7 cases of mirror syndrome fetus showed multiple edema and 2 cases with placental edema. Associated deformities included placental chorioangioma 1 / 7, fetal sacrococcygeal teratoma 1 / 7, fetal selective growth restriction IUGR3 / 7, twin transfusion syndrome TTS 2 / 7. Except for fetal edema, 7 cases were accompanied with amniotic fluid hypertrophy. 1 case of fetal intrauterine death and 3 cases of fetal induced labor. 1 case died after birth, 2 cases were born. Conclusion: mirror syndrome can increase maternal and fetal mortality. Early diagnosis is helpful to provide appropriate treatment and improve prognosis. Fetal MRI can be radiation-free, soft tissue contrast, large field of vision, multiplanar imaging, the syndrome and its associated lesions, is an important supplement to obstetric ultrasound examination.
