【摘要】：正孕婦,30歲,孕2產(chǎn)0,孕29周,外院超聲診斷為右心室雙出口,我院產(chǎn)前超聲心動(dòng)圖檢查:胎兒心臟于胸腔內(nèi)位置正常,心尖指向左前方,心房反位,心室左襻,房室連接一致,十字交叉存在。四腔心切面示左、右心側(cè)不對(duì)稱,右心房?jī)?nèi)徑8.6mm,右心室內(nèi)徑5.8mm,明顯減小。室間隔上段回聲中斷約4.2mm,室壁厚度正常,運(yùn)動(dòng)協(xié)調(diào)。卵圓孔增大,直徑11.1mm,左心房?jī)?nèi)可見卵圓瓣回聲。三尖瓣回聲增強(qiáng),增厚,開啟受限(圖1)。
[Abstract]:Thirty years old pregnant women, 0 gestation, 29 weeks gestation, right ventricular double outlet diagnosed by external hospital ultrasound. Prenatal echocardiography: fetal heart in the thoracic cavity position is normal, apical point left anterior, atrial reverse position, left ventricular loop. The atrioventricular junction is consistent and the cross exists. The left and right sides were asymmetrical, the diameter of right atrium was 8.6 mm, and the diameter of right ventricle was 5.8 mm. The echo of the superior segment of ventricular septum was interrupted about 4.2 mm, the wall thickness was normal and the motion was harmonious. The foramen ovale was enlarged and the diameter was 11. 1 mm. The echo of the oval flap could be seen in the left atrium. Tricuspid valve echo enhancement, thickening, limited opening (Fig. 1).
