【摘要】：正原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)為無生殖器官器質性病變,其治療方法多樣,既往選用的藥物治療效果明顯,但多屬于對癥治療,易復發(fā),仍需多次重復使用藥物。星狀神經(jīng)節(jié)阻滯(stellate ganglion block,SGB)是疼痛常用的交感神經(jīng)阻滯方法,其治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)療效持久,值得臨床推廣[1]。星狀神經(jīng)節(jié)周圍毗鄰許多重要結構,因此,SGB操作存在一定的風險,近年來超聲引導下SGB受到廣泛重視[2-6],其操作簡單方便,可以直視
[Abstract]:The positive primary dysmenorrhea is an organic disease of the non-reproductive organ, its treatment method is various, the effect of drug treatment used in the past is obvious, but most of them belong to symptomatic treatment, easy to recur, and still need repeated use of drugs many times. Stellate ganglion block (SGBs) is a common method of sympathetic nerve block in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. It is worth popularizing in clinic [1]. The stellate ganglion is adjacent to many important structures, so there are some risks in the operation of the stellate ganglion. In recent years, SGB under the guidance of ultrasound has received extensive attention [2-6]. Its operation is simple and convenient, and it can be viewed directly.
