【摘要】：正孕婦25歲,單胎,孕1產(chǎn)0,孕29周。夫婦健康,無不良孕產(chǎn)史,孕期內(nèi)未服用過藥物。于我院接受常規(guī)產(chǎn)前檢查。超聲檢查:胎兒雙頂徑7.61 cm,股骨長(zhǎng)5.72 cm,于胎兒左上腹探及一厚壁型無回聲區(qū),與肝、膽、腎無明顯關(guān)系,約1.71 cm×1.70 cm×1.52 cm,透聲好,壁厚0.35 cm,局部放大后囊壁回聲類似腸壁的"強(qiáng)-弱-強(qiáng)"3層結(jié)構(gòu),CDFI于囊壁上探及血流
[Abstract]:The pregnant woman was 25 years old, single child, 0 gestation and 29 weeks gestation. The couple is healthy, has no history of bad pregnancy, and has not taken drugs during pregnancy. To receive routine prenatal examination in our hospital. Ultrasonic examination: fetal biparietal diameter 7.61 cm, femur length 5.72 cm, in the left upper abdomen of the fetus and a thick-walled anechoic area, there was no significant relationship with liver, bile and kidney, about 1.71 cm 脳 1.70 cm 脳 1.52 cm, good sound permeability. The thickness of the wall is 0.35 cm, and the echo of the local magnified posterior wall is similar to the "strong, weak, strong" three-layer structure of the intestinal wall. CDFI probes the blood flow on the wall of the capsule.
