【摘要】：目的探討STIC技術在測量中孕期胎兒卵圓孔面積中的應用價值,初步建立正常參考值范圍并且研究卵圓孔形態(tài)及卵圓孔周邊結構在三維超聲下的超聲表現。方法選取在我院進行胎兒畸形篩查的孕婦250例,孕20~24周。在胎兒心臟條件下以四腔心為初始切面進行STIC容積數據采集,通過圖像后處理,顯示卵圓孔及其周圍結構并測量卵圓孔最大面積。結果 250例胎兒中192例胎兒卵圓孔STIC數據重建成功。在孕20~24周,卵圓孔面積隨孕周增大而增大,與孕周呈正相關。卵圓孔的形態(tài)分為圓形、橢圓形及不規(guī)則形。卵圓孔周圍結構,如上腔靜脈、下腔靜脈、冠狀靜脈竇及三尖瓣等結構及相互空間位置關系可顯示。結論 STIC技術測量卵圓孔面積可行;在孕20~24周,卵圓孔面積隨孕周增大而不斷增大;STIC技術可觀察卵圓孔形態(tài)及于周圍結構的空間關系;監(jiān)測卵圓孔面積可對卵圓孔提前關閉或卵圓孔過大等提供依據。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application value of STIC technique in measuring the area of fetal foramen ovale during pregnancy, to establish the normal reference range and to study the shape of the foramen ovale and the appearance of the circumferential structure of the foramen ovale under three-dimensional ultrasound. Methods 250 pregnant women who were screened for fetal malformation in our hospital were selected for 24 weeks gestation. Under the condition of fetal heart, the volume data of STIC were collected with four cavities as the initial section. The structure of the foramen ovale and its surrounding structure were displayed and the maximum area of the foramen ovale was measured by image post-processing. Results the STIC data of the foramen ovale of 192 fetuses were reconstructed successfully. At the 24th week of gestation, the area of the foramen ovale increased with the increase of gestational week, which was positively correlated with the gestational week. The shape of the foramen ovale is divided into circular, elliptic and irregular shape. The structures around foramen ovale, such as superior vena cava, inferior vena cava, coronary sinus and tricuspid valve, etc. Conclusion it is feasible to measure the area of foramen ovale by STIC technique, and at the 24th week of gestation, the area of foramen ovale increases with the increase of gestational week, and the shape of foramen ovale and the spatial relationship between the foramen and the surrounding structure can be observed by STIC technique. Monitoring the area of the foramen ovale can provide the basis for the early closure of the foramen ovale or the oversize of the foramen ovale.
