【摘要】：目的對(duì)比放射性黏膜炎輕度疼痛患者使用羥考酮控釋片與世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)三階梯止痛方案的止痛效果與不良反應(yīng)。方法收集放射性黏膜炎輕度疼痛患者40例的資料,隨機(jī)分為觀察組(羥考酮組)和對(duì)照組(三階梯組)。在患者出現(xiàn)放射性黏膜炎輕度疼痛時(shí),分別采用羥考酮控釋片和解熱鎮(zhèn)痛類藥物止痛治療。對(duì)比兩組間止痛效果、不良反應(yīng)、營養(yǎng)狀態(tài)的差異。結(jié)果觀察組和對(duì)照組各20例患者入組。對(duì)照組和觀察組疼痛評(píng)分≤3分的時(shí)間分別為(19.90±6.53)d和(21.73±6.91)d,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.295)。兩組患者體重均明顯下降,兩組間比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義[(7.34±3.71)%vs(6.98±4.58)%,P=0.344]。兩組的止痛藥相關(guān)不良反應(yīng)均不嚴(yán)重,觀察組多于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論對(duì)于放射性口腔黏膜炎輕度疼痛患者,羥考酮止痛效果略優(yōu),差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,不良反應(yīng)多于解熱鎮(zhèn)痛類藥物,需要更好地對(duì)癥處理。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the analgesic effects and adverse reactions of patients with mild pain caused by radiation mucositis treated with hydroxycodone controlled release tablets and World Health Organization (WHO) three-step analgesic regimen. Methods 40 patients with mild pain in radiation mucositis were randomly divided into observation group (hydroxycodone group) and control group (three-step group). The patients with mild pain of radiation mucositis were treated with hydroxycodone controlled release tablets and antipyretic and analgesic drugs respectively. The difference of analgesic effect, adverse reaction and nutritional status between the two groups was compared.
