【摘要】：正患兒男,10歲。因背部疼痛1個(gè)月,四肢無力伴感覺異常1天就診�；純�1個(gè)月前無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)背部疼痛,呈陣發(fā)性,未給予處理;1天前出現(xiàn)行走時(shí)易跌倒,伴雙下肢麻木;半天前雙下肢無力加重,不能活動(dòng),伴雙上肢無力,及臍周、腰背部陣發(fā)性刺痛,不能忍受。體檢:患兒精神狀態(tài)欠佳,飲食睡眠差。雙上肢肌力Ⅳ級,雙下肢肌力Ⅰ級,肌張力正常,臍以下平面感覺喪失,臍以上感覺過敏,左側(cè)踝陣攣陽
