【摘要】：目的觀察超聲引導(dǎo)選擇性頸神經(jīng)根阻滯治療老年頸源性疼痛的療效。方法 83例頸源性疼痛患者,根據(jù)受累頸神經(jīng)根節(jié)段,在超聲引導(dǎo)下行選擇性頸神經(jīng)根阻滯治療。隨訪并比較患者術(shù)前及治療后1、6個(gè)月視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分法(VAS)評(píng)分和頸椎功能障礙指數(shù)(NDI),并根據(jù)Odom標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)治療效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果 50例患者完成隨訪。患者治療后1、6個(gè)月VAS評(píng)分與NDI均較術(shù)前明顯改善(P0.05)。按照Odom標(biāo)準(zhǔn),治療后1、6個(gè)月優(yōu)良率分別為90%和82%。所有患者均未出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論超聲引導(dǎo)選擇性頸神經(jīng)根阻滯可安全有效地治療老年頸源性疼痛。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of selective cervical nerve root block guided by ultrasound in the treatment of cervical pain in the elderly. Methods Eighty-three patients with cervical pain were treated with selective cervical nerve root block under ultrasonic guidance according to involved cervical nerve root segment. The visual analogue score (VAS) and cervical spine dysfunction index (NDI) were compared before and 1 and 6 months after treatment. The therapeutic effect was evaluated according to Odom criteria. Results 50 patients were followed up. The VAS score and NDI were significantly improved at 1 and 6 months after treatment compared with those before treatment (P 0.05). According to Odom criteria, the excellent and good rates were 90% and 822% at 1 and 6 months after treatment, respectively. No adverse reactions were observed in all patients. Conclusion selective cervical nerve root block guided by ultrasound is safe and effective in the treatment of cervical pain in the elderly.
