【摘要】：目的分析乳腺黏液癌的MRI表現(xiàn)特征。方法回顧性分析經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實的34例乳腺黏液癌的MRI表現(xiàn),包括病變形態(tài)、最大徑、T1WI及T2WI信號特征、腫塊內(nèi)部強(qiáng)化方式及增強(qiáng)曲線類型、DWI信號特征及ADC值。結(jié)果 34例乳腺黏液癌單純型22例,混合型12例。MRI示21例為腫塊型,6例為非腫塊型,7例為多發(fā)結(jié)節(jié)型;T1W平掃22例呈低信號,10例呈等信號,2例呈混雜高信號;T2W脂肪抑制序列20例呈高信號,13例呈不均勻高信號,1例呈低信號,19例病灶內(nèi)可見低信號纖維分隔;動態(tài)增強(qiáng)早期呈典型環(huán)形強(qiáng)化11例;時間-信號曲線呈流入型11例,平臺型18例,流出型5例。結(jié)論乳腺黏液癌的MRI表現(xiàn)有一定特點,MR檢查有助于對該病的診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the MRI features of breast mucinous carcinoma. Methods the MRI features of 34 cases of breast mucinous carcinoma proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed, including the shape of lesion, the characteristics of T1WI and T2WI signal, the enhancement mode and the type of enhancement curve. Results among 34 cases of mucinous carcinoma of the breast, 22 cases were simple type. Mixed type 12 cases. MRI showed 21 cases were mass type 6 cases were non-mass type 7 cases were multiple nodular type T 1W plain scan 22 cases showed low signal intensity and 10 cases showed isokinetic sign 2 cases showed mixed hyperintense T2W fat suppression sequence 20 cases showed high signal intensity and 13 cases showed heterogeneity. Hypointensity was seen in 1 case and hypointensity was seen in 19 cases. Typical annular enhancement was found in 11 cases of early dynamic contrast enhancement, inflow type in 11 cases of time-signal curve, plateau type in 18 cases and outflow type in 5 cases. Conclusion the MRI findings of breast mucinous carcinoma have some characteristics. Mr examination is helpful for the diagnosis of this disease.
