正常子宮肌層在不同月經(jīng)周期中的MR定量研究

【摘要】:目的:探討健康女性子宮肌層在不同月經(jīng)周期的厚度、信號強(qiáng)度及表觀彌散系數(shù)值的變化。方法:采用3.0T MRI分別于增殖中期、分泌晚期、月經(jīng)期對36例年輕健康女性行3次子宮MR檢查,研究子宮體、子宮頸肌層在不同月經(jīng)周期的厚度、T2WI信號強(qiáng)度及ADC值變化。結(jié)果:(1)宮體肌層、結(jié)合帶厚度于增殖期、分泌期與月經(jīng)期有明顯差異;宮頸肌外層厚度于月經(jīng)周期各期無明顯差異;(2)宮體肌層、結(jié)合帶的信號強(qiáng)度在月經(jīng)期與分泌期間存在差異;宮頸基質(zhì)環(huán)的信號強(qiáng)度在增殖期與月經(jīng)期間存在差異,增殖期、月經(jīng)期宮頸肌外層的信號強(qiáng)度與分泌期相比均存在差異;(3)宮體肌層及宮頸肌外層的ADC值在月經(jīng)周期各期間無明顯差異,增殖期、分泌期的宮體結(jié)合帶ADC值與均與月經(jīng)期間存在差異;宮頸基質(zhì)環(huán)ADC值在增殖期與分泌期間存在差異。結(jié)論:不同的月經(jīng)周期中,子宮各肌層的厚度、信號強(qiáng)度及ADC值均存在不同程度的差異。在診斷不同類型的子宮疾病時應(yīng)充分考慮到這些因素,以達(dá)到選擇正確的檢查時間窗的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the changes in the thickness, signal intensity and apparent dispersion of the uterine myometrium in healthy women. Methods: 3.0T MRI was used in the middle period of the proliferation, late secretion, and 3 times of MR examination for 36 young healthy women. The thickness of the uterine body, the cervical muscle layer in different menstrual cycles, and the T2WI signal were studied. Changes in intensity and ADC value. Results: (1) the myometrium of the uterine body, the thickness of the binding zone in the period of proliferation and the menstrual period, there is no significant difference between the period of the menstrual cycle, the thickness of the outer layer of the cervix has no significant difference in the period of the menstrual cycle. (2) the signal intensity of the uterine body, the signal intensity of the binding zone is different from the period of the menstrual period and the secretion period; the signal intensity of the cervix matrix ring is in the proliferation period and the menstruation. During the period of menstrual period, the signal intensity of the uterine cervix is different from that of the secretory period. (3) there is no significant difference between the ADC value of the uterine body layer and the outer layer of the cervix in the menstrual cycle. The ADC value of the uterine body binding zone in the proliferative phase and the secretory phase is different from the monthly menstrual period; the ADC value of the cervix matrix ring is in the proliferative period and in the period of proliferation. Conclusions: there are differences in the thickness, signal intensity and ADC value of the myometrium of the uterus in different menstrual cycles. These factors should be fully taken into account in the diagnosis of different types of uterine diseases, in order to choose the correct time window for the selection of different types of uterine diseases.
