【摘要】：目的:比較CT與超聲檢查診斷各種病理類型闌尾炎的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法:收集臨床擬診為闌尾炎患者162例,均行CT平掃和超聲檢查并進(jìn)行闌尾炎臨床分型,對照術(shù)后病理結(jié)果,計(jì)算診斷準(zhǔn)確率、特異度、靈敏度、陰性預(yù)測值、陽性預(yù)測值,比較兩種檢查診斷闌尾炎差異有無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)果:經(jīng)手術(shù)后病理證實(shí)闌尾炎156例,CT和超聲檢查診斷準(zhǔn)確率分別為91.3%、82.1%,特異度分別為50.0%、66.7%,靈敏度分別為94.9%、85.3%,陰性預(yù)測值分別為27.3%、14.8%,陽性預(yù)測值分別為98.0%、98.5%。CT與超聲檢查診斷闌尾炎的準(zhǔn)確率差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:CT和超聲檢查對闌尾炎的病程進(jìn)展及不同病理類型的診斷具有重要的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值,CT診斷單純性及慢性闌尾炎優(yōu)于超聲檢查,可作為超聲結(jié)果陰性的補(bǔ)充檢查方法,為臨床提供重要參考信息。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the clinical value of CT and ultrasonography in the diagnosis of various pathological types of appendicitis. Methods: 162 patients with appendicitis were examined by plain CT scan and ultrasound, and the clinical classification of appendicitis was performed. The accuracy, specificity, sensitivity, negative predictive value and positive predictive value of appendicitis were calculated. The difference between the two examinations in the diagnosis of appendicitis was statistically significant. Results: the diagnostic accuracy of CT and ultrasound in 156 cases of appendicitis proved by operation and pathology was 91.3 and 82.1, the specificity was 50.066.7, the sensitivity was 94.9 and 85.3, the negative predictive value was 27.30.58, and the positive predictive value was 98.098.5.CT and ultrasound were respectively used to diagnose the appendicitis. The accuracy of appendicitis is statistically different. Conclusion CT and ultrasound have important clinical application value in the diagnosis of appendicitis and different pathological types. Ct is superior to ultrasound in the diagnosis of simple and chronic appendicitis, and can be used as a supplementary examination method for negative results of ultrasonography. To provide important reference information for clinical practice.
