【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)會陰三維超聲斷層成像結(jié)合VCI技術(shù)在陰道前壁脫垂網(wǎng)片植入術(shù)后的評價應(yīng)用。方法應(yīng)用經(jīng)會陰三維超聲斷層成像結(jié)合VCI技術(shù)對22例前盆腔懸吊網(wǎng)片植入手術(shù)的患者進(jìn)行術(shù)后6~10個月的隨訪檢查,每個受檢者于靜息狀態(tài)和Valsalva動作時獲得容積數(shù)據(jù),保存后應(yīng)用TUI技術(shù)和VCI技術(shù)離線分析。結(jié)果在本研究22例植入網(wǎng)片病例中,14例網(wǎng)片走形較平直,未出現(xiàn)皺縮或折疊。8例網(wǎng)片出現(xiàn)折疊或皺縮。在以上14例走形平直網(wǎng)片中,有3例出現(xiàn)輕度膀胱膨出;在8例出現(xiàn)折疊或皺縮網(wǎng)片中,有5例出現(xiàn)輕中度膀胱膨出。結(jié)論三維超聲TUI-VCI技術(shù)在網(wǎng)片修補術(shù)后的隨訪評價中有一定臨床應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the application of transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound tomography combined with VCI in the evaluation of vaginal anterior wall prolapse mesh implantation.Methods Twenty-two patients with anterior pelvic suspension mesh implantation were followed up for 6 to 10 months by transperineal three-dimensional ultrasound tomography combined with VCI technique. Each patient obtained volume data during resting state and Valsalva action.After preservation, TUI and VCI techniques were used for offline analysis.Results in this study, 14 out of 22 cases of mesh implantation were found to be straight, and no shrinkage or folding was found in 8 cases.Of the 14 cases, 3 had mild cystocele and 5 had mild or moderate cystocele in 8 out of 8 cases.Conclusion the three-dimensional ultrasound TUI-VCI technique has certain clinical application value in the follow-up evaluation of mesh repair.
