磁共振成像新技術(shù)對胎腦的研究應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著磁共振成像(Magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展,,胎兒磁共振(Fetal magnetic resonance imaging,F(xiàn)MRI)逐漸成為了胎腦發(fā)育及相關(guān)病變評估的重要手段,尤其是孕中晚期胎兒顱骨發(fā)育及母體骨盆影響,F(xiàn)MRI成為胎腦的評估的重要手段。胎兒腦發(fā)育是一個動態(tài)、復(fù)雜的過程,其結(jié)構(gòu)、神經(jīng)細(xì)胞的移行折疊均可在FMRI上清晰地表現(xiàn)出來。對新技術(shù)的掌握能輔助高效完成胎腦發(fā)育的評估及異常早期診斷。本文從應(yīng)用于FMRI的磁共振新技術(shù)、胎腦發(fā)育的正常及異常的磁共振成像的重點(diǎn)觀察征象及應(yīng)用等方面研究進(jìn)展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:With the development of magnetic resonance imaging technique, fetal magnetic resonance imaging (Fetal magnetic resonance imaging) has become an important method for the evaluation of fetal brain development and related lesions.In particular, fetal cranial development and maternal pelvic impact on FMRI have become an important method in the evaluation of fetal brain in the middle and late trimester of pregnancy.Fetal brain development is a dynamic and complex process. Its structure and neuronal migration and folding can be clearly demonstrated on FMRI.Mastering the new technique can assist in the evaluation of fetal brain development and early diagnosis of abnormal brain.This article reviews the new magnetic resonance technique applied in FMRI, the emphasis on the observation and application of magnetic resonance imaging in normal and abnormal fetal brain development, and so on.
