【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)會(huì)陰超聲評(píng)估盆底康復(fù)治療近期療效的臨床價(jià)值。方法對(duì)前盆腔器官脫垂或盆底肌力4級(jí)的50例初產(chǎn)婦行盆底康復(fù)治療1個(gè)療程(約6周)。對(duì)比治療前后壓力性尿失禁自主癥狀、前盆腔超聲表現(xiàn)、盆底肌力的變化,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果與治療前比較,壓力性尿失禁自主癥狀者由12例(12/50,24.00%)減少至3例(3/50,6.00%,P0.05);靜息狀態(tài)及最大瓦氏動(dòng)作時(shí)膀胱頸位于經(jīng)恥骨聯(lián)合下緣參考線的位置升高;最大瓦氏動(dòng)作時(shí),Ⅱ~Ⅲ級(jí)前盆腔臟器脫垂者由46例(46/50,92.00%)減少為34例(34/50,68.00%,χ~2=11.97,P0.05);雙側(cè)恥骨直腸肌厚度、恥骨直腸肌增厚率均增加(P均0.05);Ⅰ類肌纖維肌力≥4級(jí)者由4例(4/50,8.00%)增加至24例(24/50,48.00%),Ⅱ類肌纖維肌力≥4級(jí)者由9例(9/50,18.00%)增加至25例(25/50,50.00%),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。結(jié)論經(jīng)會(huì)陰超聲在評(píng)估盆底康復(fù)治療近期療效中具有重要的臨床價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of transperineal ultrasound in the treatment of pelvic floor rehabilitation.Methods 50 patients with prolapse of anterior pelvic organs or grade 4 of pelvic floor muscle strength were treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation for 6 weeks.The changes of pressure-induced urinary incontinence, anterior pelvic ultrasonography and pelvic floor muscle strength before and after treatment were analyzed statistically.Results compared with before treatment, the number of patients with autonomic symptoms of stress urinary incontinence decreased from 12 / 12 / 5024.00 to 3 / 3 / 50 / 6.00 / P 0.05; the position of bladder neck in the reference line at the lower margin of the pubic symphysis increased in resting state and maximal Waters movement;The number of patients with prolapse of pelvic viscera of grade 鈪，
