【摘要】：正病例女,24歲。近一月來無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)納差、乏力,無惡心嘔吐、腹瀉;近一周出現(xiàn)腹脹,腹圍增大,外院B超示"腹腔大量積液"。CT平掃示胃壁明顯增厚(圖1),最厚達2.8 cm,其內見散在斑點狀、粟粒狀鈣化影。增強掃描示增厚胃壁明顯強化,
[Abstract]:The female patient was 24 years old.In the last month, there is no obvious inducement of anorexia, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal distension and enlargement of abdominal circumference in the last one week.B-mode ultrasound showed "massive effusion in abdominal cavity" .CT plain scan showed obvious thickening of gastric wall (fig. 1, the thickest was 2.8 cm), scattered in the spot and miliary calcification.Contrast-enhanced scanning showed that the thickened gastric wall was obviously enhanced.
