【摘要】：目的探討定性分析參數(shù)在乳腺腫塊超聲造影研究中的臨床診斷價值。方法目測觀察記錄乳腺超聲造影增強(qiáng)模式、分布形式、峰值、邊界情況、腫塊內(nèi)無灌注區(qū)及面積、血管走形及粗細(xì)、血管灌注形態(tài)等。結(jié)果 108例惡性和43例良性腫塊間,大小(P=0.000)、分布形式(P=0.001)、邊界情況(P=0.000)、腫塊內(nèi)無灌注區(qū)(P=0.000)、腫塊外1/2無灌注區(qū)(P=0.001)、腫塊內(nèi)1/2無灌注區(qū)(P=0.013)、無灌注區(qū)面積(P=0.019)、血管走形(P=0.000)、血管粗細(xì)(P=0.000)等參數(shù)均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異。其中腫塊內(nèi)無灌注區(qū)的靈敏度最高(88.9%),邊界情況的特異度最高(90.7%)。邊緣放射狀血管、粗環(huán)或半環(huán)狀灌注可能為惡性的特征性表現(xiàn)。結(jié)論乳腺腫塊超聲造影檢查可以顯示腫塊的微灌注情況,定性分析灌注特征有助于判斷良惡性。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the diagnostic value of qualitative analysis parameters in contrast-enhanced breast masses.Methods the enhancement pattern, distribution, peak value, boundary condition, no perfusion area and area, shape and thickness of blood vessel, and perfusion pattern were recorded by visual observation.Results between 108 malignant and 43 benign masses,The sensitivity of no perfusion area in the tumor was the highest, and the specificity of the boundary case was 90.7.Marginal radial vessels, rough ring or semicircular perfusion may be characteristic features of malignancy.Conclusion the microperfusion of breast masses can be demonstrated by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography, and qualitative analysis of perfusion features is helpful for the diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors.
