【摘要】：目的分析卵黃囊瘤(YST)的超聲表現(xiàn)及病理特征。方法回顧性分析44例經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實(shí)的YST患者臨床資料及超聲表現(xiàn)。結(jié)果 44例中,性腺YST 34例,包括睪丸YST 18例,卵巢YST 16例;性腺外YST 10例,包括骶尾部YST 5例,陰道YST 2例,縱隔YST 2例,臀部YST 1例。血流收縮期峰值流速為(25.47±11.38)cm/s,阻力指數(shù)(RI)為0.51±0.11。超聲表現(xiàn)為實(shí)質(zhì)性(Ⅰ型)15例,實(shí)性為主的囊實(shí)性(Ⅱ型)22例,囊性為主的囊實(shí)性(Ⅲ型)6例,囊性(Ⅳ型)1例。血流分級1級(少量血流)5例,2級(中等血流)16例,3級(豐富血流)23例。病理檢查示單純YST 35例,混合型YST 9例。結(jié)論不同部位YST的超聲表現(xiàn)具有一定特征性。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the ultrasonographic features and pathological features of yolk sac tumor (YST).Methods the clinical data and ultrasonic findings of 44 patients with YST confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results among 44 cases, 34 cases were gonadal YST, including 18 cases of testicular YST, 16 cases of ovarian YST, 10 cases of extragonadal YST, including 5 cases of sacrococcygeal YST, 2 cases of vaginal YST, 2 cases of mediastinal YST and 1 case of hip YST.The peak systolic velocity was 25.47 鹵11.38 cm / s, and the resistance index (RI) was 0.51 鹵0.11.The ultrasonographic findings were solid (type 鈪，
